1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

• bet75 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any balances within it to another person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bet75 supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for local payment methods, or the applicable currency for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your bet75 account are credited following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bet75 does not charge platform fees on standard local PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking the terms of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account before initiating transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 5 Betting Rules

• A bet is confirmed only once it has been accepted by the bet75 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Placing a bet does not in itself constitute acceptance — bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors are void.
• bet75 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion, including bets that exceed applicable stake limits.

bet75 uses market-standard odds pricing. Odds may be suspended or changed at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to that wager.

6 Casino Rules

All casino and slot games available on the bet75 platform are provided by certified third-party software providers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined independently of bet75 and are subject to the rules published by the respective software provider.

The following general bonus terms apply to all bet75 promotions unless otherwise stated:

8 Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet75 platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. bet75 will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

12 Account Termination

bet75 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct in connection with the platform.
• Continuing to provide services to the player would expose bet75 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has provided false registration information or failed identity verification.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with bet75's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, bet75 may forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is substantiated, may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to bonus or fraud holds will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bet75 account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly, and any eligible balance will be refunded following applicable verification.

13 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your bet75 account, a specific transaction, or a gaming outcome, you must first contact the bet75 support team through the official support channels. bet75 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a complaint relates to a specific game outcome, bet75 will liaise with the relevant software provider to investigate. Game outcome decisions made by certified RNG systems are considered final where the system has operated correctly.

• Complaints relating to bet settlement must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event.
• Complaints relating to account balances must be raised within 30 days of the disputed transaction.
• bet75's decision on disputes is final. Where a player remains dissatisfied with the outcome, they may seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under bet75's operating license.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet75 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bet75 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

15 Changes to Terms

bet75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bet75 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact email address on their account, through a notice posted on the platform, or both.

Your continued use of the bet75 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to request account closure.
